This page explains what this website collects, why, and who handles it. In short: what you type into a form reaches our inbox, card payments are handled by Stripe, and our visitor statistics don't use cookies.
When you send the contact form, an order or the project form after paying, what you type (such as your name, email, business and message) is sent to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), with a copy to our backup inbox. We use it to reply and to do the work you ask for.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We receive what Stripe shares with sellers, such as your name, email, billing details and what you bought, and use it to deliver your order and keep business records.
The services you add to your order are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device, until you send the order or clear it.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and two events: contact-button clicks and form submissions. It doesn't use cookies, and we can't identify you from it.
If you press "Join the call" during our live hours, we get an alert with the site, the page language and the page address only. The call itself happens on X Calls, under X's own policies.
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.
Ask us to see, correct or delete what you've sent us, through the contact page or by email at faevorite@faevorite.com. We keep enquiries and order details as long as we need them to do the work and keep business records.
