The scope is what the package page describes on the day you buy, plus the details we confirm with you in writing before work starts: your pages, your languages and your content. Work outside that scope, such as new features, a redesign or more pages, is quoted before we do it.
Prices are shown for the country you're browsing from. Regional prices apply to businesses based in that region, and we confirm this before work starts. If your business is somewhere else, we confirm the right price with you. Card payments on the site are in US dollars only.
All payments are final. The moment you order, we start: our team's time, tools and services go into your project right away, so we don't offer refunds, in full or in part, for packages, extra pages, add-ons or months already paid. Typical times: a few days for Launch once texts and photos are ready, about 1–2 weeks for Business and about 2–4 weeks for Growth. Stores depend on the number of products. Timelines depend on how quickly content and feedback come in, and we confirm a date when we start.
The monthly plan terms apply: hosting, updates, missed payments (a reminder, then the site is paused after 14 days), cancelling in and after the first 12 months, stores and traffic.
We do the work described, carefully and on time. Nobody can guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales, and we don't.
