All payments are final, and we don't offer refunds. The moment you order, we start: our team's time, tools and services go into your project right away. Our prices are already low for the quality of the work, so please ask anything before you buy.

Before you buy

Open our live work and use it on your phone
Ask us anything on Telegram, WhatsApp or the contact page
At card checkout, you confirm that payments are non-refundable before you pay

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel; months already paid are not refunded
In the first 12 months, the site is taken down when the plan ends
After 12 months, a normal site is handed over to you: the files, and help moving it
Online stores are never handed over; they're taken down when the plan ends
If a payment is missed, we send a reminder; after 14 days the site is paused until it's paid

What you always keep

Your domain stays in your name. Your texts, photos and customer data are yours, whatever happens.

Why no refunds?

Because work starts immediately. Time, tools and services are used from the first day, and can't be given back.

Can I cancel Website Upkeep or Monthly Visibility Boost?

Yes. They stop at the end of the month you've paid for; paid months aren't refunded.
