Every site on a monthly plan is hosted by us. Keeping it online, fast and secure is part of the plan.
Changing text, photos, prices, offers or opening hours, or adding a small section built from what's already on the site. Bigger changes, such as new features, a redesign or a new language, are quoted separately.
There's no setup fee. You pay the first month before we start, and then each month in advance. Payments are non-refundable; see refunds and cancellations.
We send a reminder. If the payment still hasn't arrived 14 days later, the site is paused until it's paid.
Normal traffic up to about 30,000 visits a month is included. If your site grows past that, we agree the extra hosting cost with you first.
The commission is between 1% and 2% of the store's sales, agreed in writing before we start, and we'll ask for read access to your store's sales reports. More than 60 products means we agree the price first.
Your domain stays in your name. Your texts, photos and customer data are yours.
It's a plain summary. Your plan, its price and any commission are confirmed in writing before work starts, and our terms of sale apply.
